The Hyundai Palisade takes the spot as the roomiest SUV in the Hyundai lineup, offering three rows of seating and a cavernous rear cargo storage area. The Hyundai Palisade is available in five trim levels: SE, SEL, XRT, Limited, and Calligraphy.

 

Performance

The Hyundai Palisade makes a single engine available across its five trim levels. The sole engine available with the Hyundai Palisade is a 3.8-liter V6, offering 291 horsepower and 262 pound-feet of torque. This engine works with an 8-speed automatic transmission. Front-wheel drive is standard while all-wheel drive is an optional upgrade. The XRT trim adds some performance upgrades, including front and rear skid plates.

Interior Features

Comfort and convenience features are quite robust regardless of the trim selected. The base SE trim comes with dual-zone automatic climate control, cloth upholstery, push-button start, and a height-adjustable driver's seat. The SEL trim adds faux leather upholstery, heated front seats, and second-row captain's chairs. The XRT trim adds a sunroof and rear sunshades while the Limited trim comes with a dual-pane sunroof and leather upholstery. The Calligraphy trim boasts the most lavish set of interior features. The Calligraphy trim comes with a massaging driver's seat, faux suede headliner, premium leather upholstery, quilted-leather door inserts, and second-row wing-out headrests.

Technology

The Hyundai Palisade offers a long list of tech features with all trims. The SE offers a 12.3-inch touchscreen display, Apple CarPlay/Android Auto connectivity, an integrated navigation system, and USB ports. The SEL trim adds a wireless charging pad while the XRT trim adds a 12-speaker premium sound system and a 360-degree camera system. The Calligraphy trim offers touchscreen interface for climate controls, and a digital display rearview mirror.

Safety

The Hyundai Palisade offers a suite of driver assistance features. The standard suite of driver assistance features includes forward collision warning with automatic braking, lane keeping assistance, rear parking sensors, adaptive cruise control, and blind-spot warning with rear cross traffic warning.
