The Hyundai Tucson is completely refreshed for 2025, featuring style updates and a major infotainment upgrade. On the exterior, the Tucson looks modern with a fresh new grille, bumpers, and wheel designs. Inside, the steering wheel and control panels are refreshed, and the dashboard gets a significant update with a single 12.3-inch infotainment touchscreen on the base model. All other trim levels get the new dual digital information and infotainment system housed within a single panel that stretches from behind the steering wheel across most of the dashboard.

There are two separate powertrains that power the Hyundai Tucson. The base powertrain is a 2.5-liter, 187-horsepower four-cylinder engine. The other powertrain is a 227-horsepower 1.6-liter turbocharged four-cylinder hybrid. Attached to the base engine is an eight-speed automatic transmission with front or all-wheel drive, While the hybrid has a six-speed automatic transmission and all-wheel drive.
As for its fuel economy, the EPA estimates that the Tucson delivers about 25 mpg in the city and 33 mpg on the highway with front-wheel drive.
